LSU wide receiver Malik Nabers is once again showing why he’s expected to be a top 10 pick in this year’s NFL Draft.
Nabers has been dominating LSU’s Pro Day on Wednesday, running the 40-yard dash in the reported 4.3s while posting a 42-inch vertical leap and broad jumping 10-feet, nine-inches.
“Malik Nabers is showing off today,” said Dynasty Dorks’ Dave Heilman.
“There are some NFL personnel men who believe Malik Nabers is this draft class’ top wideout,” added ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
A unanimous first-team All-American and first-team All-SEC performer in 2023, Nabers caught 89 passes for 1,569 yards and 14 touchdowns this past season.
In 2022, he logged 72 catches, 1,017 receiving yards and three scores and finished his career with 21 touchdown catches in 38 games.
“Nabers is the next big thing coming out of LSU’s receiver room, with the pure explosiveness and talent to be mentioned in the same breath as former LSU stars starring in the league today,” said NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein. “He can play all three receiver spots and has the profile to become a productive, high-volume target over all three levels as a potential WR1.”
Nabers is projected to hear his name called in the top 10 picks, and could sneak into the top five depending on how the draft shakes out.
