The New Orleans Saints reached compliance with NFL rules this week by trimming their roster down to just 53 players on Tuesday, and they’ve spent the days since bringing in some new faces and beginning to put the practice squad together. But we’re still far from the finish line.
This is a very fluid list, and more changes are on the way. Wil Lutz is going to land on injured reserve soon, and Aldrick Rosas is expected to return to kick in Week 1. Five or six more players are going to be added to the practice squad. We’ll update this as new additions and tweaks are confirmed by the Saints, but for now here is the team the Saints have assembled:
