The New Orleans Saints will be hitting the field in just a few days for minicamp, so in this week’s reacts poll we asked our readers which rookie draft pick they were most excited to see in practice.
56% of voters said QB Tyler Shough, who was selected by the Saints in the 2nd round of the NFL Draft. Fans were already curious about Shough ever since the Saints drafted him but even more so since the announcement of Derek Carr’s retirement when Shough and Spencer Rattler names have been intertwined in conversations of a quarterback competition. As Kellen Moore said that both QB’s will be competing for the starting spot.
The Saints have held 3 open OTA practices to the media where we have gotten some glimpses of the rookie in action, but the first real analysis will come early next week as the Saints will hold their minicamp on Tuesday, June 10, through Thursday, June 12, 2025. Both Tuesday and Wednesday’s practices are open to the public; however, the free tickets are sold out.
