With the NFL Draft just around the corner, the New Orleans Saints continue to evaluate this year’s quarterback class.
According to Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football, the Saints are bringing in Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral for a visit.
The Saints have already show interest in Sam Howell, Kenny Pickett, Desmond Ridder and Malik Willis. It makes sense for them to also speak with Corral.
Most draft projections have Corral listed as a first-round pick. Since the Saints own the 16th and 19th pick in this year’s draft, Corral may be a legitimate target for them on Day 1.

Corral was impressive in his final season at Ole Miss, completing 67.9 percent of his pass attempts for 3,349 yards and 20 touchdowns. He also had 614 rushing yards and 11 touchdowns on 152 carries.
Although he suffered an ankle injury in the Sugar Bowl, Corral will be ready for the start of the 2022 season.
