Video evidence in the battery case involving New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara has been going viral on Twitter since Tuesday.
The footage includes surveillance video of a brawl involving Kamara, Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Chris Lammons and two other men who are facing criminal charges from the incident which occurred at a Las Vegas hotel on Pro Bowl weekend 2022.
Kamara, Lammons, Christopher Young and Percy Harris have each reportedly been charged with conspiracy to commit battery and battery resulting in substantial bodily harm.
The surveillance video has drawn a lot of reaction from NFL fans and media members.
“He played games this year and Calvin Ridley didn’t while Bet MGM, FanDuel and Caesar’s were every other commercial. Comical to say the least,” one person said.
“Dadgum it Alvin,” said sports anchor Teran Johnson.
“If you’re in the NFL, I would advise against stomping a guys head in. Just feel like it’s not worth it,” another person added.
“This is uhhh. Not good,” a Saints fan admitted.
Kamara and Lammons avoided suspensions during the 2022 season for their roles in the melee, but punishment could still be forthcoming.
