A leaked video appears to show New Orleans Saints running back discussing an incident in Las Vegas during the 2022 Pro Bowl weekend.
Courtesy of a video obtained from 8 News Now’s David Charns, Kamar is heard saying, “I connected with the [expletive]’s jaw so hard” while in a vehicle.
A Nevada grand jury indicted Kamara, cornerback Chris Lammons, and two other men on battery charges. The jury saw this video and footage of the incident outside a Vegas nightclub.
Las Vegas police obtained the video of Kamara traveling with a group of men and women as part of the investigation. He appears to be sitting behind the driver.
The other video, taken outside the club’s elevator, shows alleged victim Darnell Greene punched and kicked multiple times.
Greene filed a lawsuit seeking $10 million in damages. He suffered an orbital fracture and underwent shoulder surgery after the alleged assault.
Kamara played for New Orleans during the 2022 season without any discipline. The NFL said after his indictment that it will “monitor all legal developments in the matter which remains under review of the personal conduct policy.”
