The New Orleans Pelicans will not retain scout Chico Averbuck, according to Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
The team has remade its front office this offseason, hiring Joe Dumars as President of Basketball Operations and Troy Weaver as general manager.
The Pelicans have also let go Todd Quinter and Gar Forman, in addition to firing David Griffin.
