The New Orleans Pelicans waived guard Chase Hunter and center Josh Oduro. Both players had been signed to non-guaranteed Exhibit 10 contracts. Hunter and Oduro are expected to join the Birmingham Squadron for the upcoming G League season.
The Pelicans roster now stands at 19 players. New Orleans has two players, Christian Shumate and Jaden Springer, signed to Exhibit 10 contracts. The Pelicans have one open standard spot on their regular season roster.
