Jordan Poole has been diagnosed with a mild left quad strain. Poole will be re-evaluated in 7-10 days.
Poole, who is in his first season with the New Orleans Pelicans, is averaging 17.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 3.4 assists in 30.3 minutes with a True Shooting Percentage of .535.
The Pelicans have a 2-6 record to start the season and are also without Zion Williamson, who is dealing with a hamstring injury.
