Andrew Lopez: Pelicans say Zion Williamson (right thumb sprain), Brandon Ingram (right first MTP irritation) and Lonzo Ball (right hip flexor strain) are all questionable for tomorrow’s game vs. Houston. Kira Lewis is doubtful with a right calf strain. Hart is out while Adams isn’t listed.
