LSU football fans came out in full force to support the Tigers against the UCLA Bruins at the Rose Bowl on Saturday.
UCLA doesn’t get too many good turnouts from its own fans in most games. But the Rose Bowl was pretty full on Saturday, mostly thanks to the LSU fan-base. Tigers fans didn’t just show up, though. They brought all the energy and came prepared to have a good time.
According to a report from ESPN Baton Rouge radio host Matt Moscona, the Rose Bowl ran out of beer before the game even began. In fact, the stadium was out of beer before the Tigers and Bruins took the field.
“I was just informed the Rose Bowl has run out of beer in our section,” Moscona reported via Twitter. “The teams have not taken the field yet.”
It’s safe to say LSU football fans know how to have a good time.

Believe it or not, plenty of LSU fans who had plans to attend Saturday night’s game had to cancel because of the impact of Hurricane Ida. There was still an incredibly impressive turnout.
The Rose Bowl is a can’t miss experience for opposing fan-bases. It’s one of the best venues not just in college football, but in all of sports.
LSU fans took advantage of the opportunity Saturday night. We don’t blame them.
