Fresh off of winning a national title with her LSU teammates, Olivia Dunne says she’s already “missin'” gymnastics.
Taking to social media on Tuesday, the Tigers All-American and NIL star posted a reel of one of her floor routines at the gymnastics championships with the caption: “missin it already” with a teary-eyed emoji.
Fans flooded her comments as she weighs her athletic future.
“Have you thought about #tumbling for the #Olympics?” a user asked.
“Fifth year, fifth year, fifth year,” another chanted.
“Thanks for all the grace and thrills you gave us! You’re a champ Livvy!!” a fan replied.
“Cheering you on no matter what’s next!” said USA Gymnastics.
Dunne is still celebrating bringing home the first gymnastics title in LSU history. Telling People.com in an interview:
The first thing I did was start crying right after we won. I just felt like my team’s hard work had finally paid off, just four years of working so hard towards a common goal. I think it’s so special to have a group of young women all have a common goal in mind and then work to reach that goal and then win. That is so rewarding.
Livvy has the option of returning for a fifth-year but has yet to announce an official decision on what she’ll do. She’ll be giving fans a view into her off-the-mat life over the summer after partnering with the Passes app.
