You may know Olivia Dunne for her massive social media following. With millions of followers on TikTok and Instagram, Dunne is one of the most popular and influential athletes in all of college sports.
Dunne is also an accomplished gymnast, a member of one of the most prestigious programs in all of college gymnastics in LSU.
What you may not know is that she has also received an honor for her accomplishments outside of gymnastics or social media this week.
Dunne – and three of her teammates – were selected to LSU’s spring 2023 President’s and Dean’s List. Dunne personally made the Dean’s List, which generally signifies students with at least a 3.5 GPA.
For a student with as much going on as Dunne, it’s pretty impressive that she was able to maintain such a high grade point average. From gymnastics to all of her brand deals, Dunne clearly has a lot to deal with during the school year.
As a junior, Dunne has one more year of school to go before she’s eligible to graduate. Dunne is communications major, which should factor into the opportunities she’ll have after she graduates from college.
If gymnastics doesn’t work out for her professionally, it seems she’s well prepared to handle a job in a different field.
