The hits just keep on coming for the LSU men’s basketball team. On Wednesday, yet another player entered the NCAA transfer portal.
Travis Branham of 247Sports reported that Justice Williams has entered the transfer portal. The former four-star recruit reclassified from 2022 to 2021.
Williams averaged 1.7 points and 0.8 rebounds per game during the 2021-22 season.
It’s been a brutal month for LSU to say the least. Shortly after the university parted ways with head coach Will Wade, several players entered the transfer portal.
As of now, LSU is set to lose Jerrell Colbert, Bradley Ezewiro, Shareef O’Neal, Xavier Pinson, Brandon Murray and Adam Miller to the transfer portal. The program is also expected to lose Tari Eason to the NBA.

Obviously, this isn’t an ideal situation for new head coach Matt McMahon.
That being said, McMahon proved at Murray State that he can turn a program into a consistent winner. If given the proper resources, he could potentially do the same thing in Baton Rouge.
