Former LSU star Angel Reese sat courtside on Friday night to watch the Brooklyn Nets face the New York Knicks in an Eastern Conference thriller.
Earlier this Friday, Reese actually completed a shift at Raising Cane’s in Astor, New York. It was part of an exciting NIL deal she has with the company.
Reese certainly earned a night off to watch the Knicks play, especially with the WNBA Draft coming up.
Unsurprisingly, Reese received a nice ovation from the crowd at Madison Square Garden.
Reese will remain in New York this weekend since the WNBA Draft is set for this Monday in Brooklyn.

Reese had a phenomenal run at LSU, averaging 20.9 points and 14.4 rebounds per game in two seasons. Judging by every draft projection, she’s expected to be a top-10 pick.
Last week, an anonymous WNBA general manager raved about Reese’s skillset.
“She’s just deadly in the paint,” a WNBA general manager told ESPN. “She’s also very effective even when she’s got a bigger player on her because she can go around them because of her athleticism and her quickness. She doesn’t mind getting hit. She can get hit and finish with two people hanging on her.”
There are plenty of fans who can’t wait to see what Reese accomplishes in the WNBA.
